Agile transformation cannot begin without a thorough grasp of what firms actually do. The following are the three main things that an organization does: Identify value, deliver value, measure value, and repeat. That’s it. Now, try to map every role in your organization and group them according to those three functions.
You may like to use Scrum for delivering value, but of course you can use others too.
