In 2012, he began using Agile engineering and Scrum in an energy industry consulting firm that is developing software to monitor the health of energy-generating equipment. He established the Agile Indonesia community and organized the Agile Indonesia Conference in 2017 and 2022. He is also active in other Agile and Scrum communities and continues to nurture the community to this day. Because of the dynamic nature of Agile in dealing with the development of complex business challenges that are difficult to predict, he continues to innovate in terms of teaching, training, coaching, mentoring, and implementing Agile.
